A NOTE FROM THE ROASTER Thank goodness for hamburgers… let me explain. When I was in high school, the cafeteria would offer a main dish for lunch. Sometimes it was good, but other times it was the dreaded mystery meat. Luckily, for me and the other hungry Tornado’s, they would always have hamburgers. They were a tasty and reliable option. That’s the case with this Colombia; it’s super balanced with notes of cherry, lavender, and cane sugar and importantly, it’s as dependable as the humble hamburger!
